LaShundra leads Clarus’ core administration functions including human resources, facilities and operations, and information technology. Providing leadership in managing the day-to-day operations of the organization and administrative support services, she understands how the foundational, and often behind the scenes, aspects of the business can drive holistic success. LaShundra ensures that Clarus’ operations – both internally and externally – are implemented in a consistent and strategic way. Utilizing her strong collaboration, communication and organizational development skills, LaShundra supports Clarus’ business development strategy.
LaShundra is a member of the National Council of Negro Women, Inc. She lives in Trussville and usually can be caught watching basketball, football or spending time with her husband, Stanley.
Prior to joining Clarus, LaShundra spent most of her career in the healthcare sector. LaShundra served in management positions for a large hospital, concentrating on training and employee development. In addition, she helped manage internal initiatives in areas such as quality improvement and improving customer /patient relationships skills.
