Jessi serves as project coordinator at Clarus’ Birmingham office. With a background in psychology, business administration, and leadership studies, she brings organization and capacity to Clarus’ daily work. She provides assistance to the partners and consultants across all service lines and supports the company with business development and best practices research.
Jessi graduated from Birmingham-Southern College in May of 2018 and is working at Clarus before attending graduate school for Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She is an active member of the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, the International Personnel Assessment Council and the National Society of Leadership and Success. In her free time, Jessi enjoys exploring the Magic City’s local art, food, music and events and traveling the world, including Prague, Barcelona, Uganda, and Toronto. She is proud to call Birmingham her home away from home.
During her undergraduate career, Jessi served as president of her sorority, an orientation leader, tour guide and liaison for alumni networking for her school, among various other leadership positions. She previously interned at the Personnel Board of Jefferson County where she worked in the Performance Measurement Division to create, administer and grade tests for government-based jobs. Jessi has also completed numerous research projects, some of which were presented at the Krulak Institute at Birmingham-Southern College.
