Assessment tools
We use a variety of cost effective assessment tools to support our projects and our trainings. We work with our clients to select the tools that best suit their project and their culture and we make sure that the assessments deliver value that people can actually use in a respectful manner. For the convenience of our clients, many of the assessments we use can be administered online. We also offer workshops based on the assessment tools we use. Lynn Elgin is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) consultant and qualified as well in Firo-B® and the Thomas Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI). Kay Kornmeier’s work for her Master’s Degree is based on family systems theory. Cathy Wright is a certified Enneagram consultant and a member of the Board of AETNT, an international association of Enneagram teachers.
