Recent Accomplishments:• Conducted ongoing strategic planning for senior management team of large multinational corporation moving from crisis planning to forward looking strategic business planning.

• Assisted in restructuring of human resources department of large multinational corporation including organizational redesign, team building, leadership development and training.

• Worked with the senior management team of large healthcare organization to improve team’s communication and decision making process; implemented strategies for building a stronger, more cohesive senior management team.

• Led large hospital through reevaluation of market focus and realignment of senior management team and medical staff, resulting in clear strategy, and improving market focus and external and internal communications.

• Developed a community relations and outreach strategy for hospital’s major product line. Provided oversight for the implementation of this strategy and engaged board members, community stakeholders, physicians and employees in the process.

• Helped improve communications and strengthen partnership between hospital and its physicians; developed sustainable communications systems between hospital and physicians.

• Worked with family owned business to develop short and long term goals for future direction and growth. Developed succession planning process to allow for effective financial, leadership and workflow transition between first and second generation ownership.

• Guided 80 year-old family-owned commercial real estate business through generational change in management and change in corporate structure leading to company’s most successful years.

• Developed comprehensive, hands-on basic skills training curriculum for managers, allowing organizations to improve effectiveness of managers at all levels while building strong teams and addressing real challenges in the training process.

• Conducted short term team assessments and development projects for troubled operating departments that resulted in immediate operational improvements and reduced turnover.

• Assisted medical practice in managing difficult transition involving practice relocation and significant staff and ownership changes, resulting in clear strategic focus, operational efficiencies and solid human resources management.

• Worked with CEO of major corporation on board development. Identified and recruited community board members and developed a comprehensive board orientation.

• Conducted an operational review of marketing department and assisted with the department’s internal re-organization. Provided conflict resolution support to address long-standing conflict between company’s planning and marketing departments.

• Provided workshops, trainings, speeches and coaching to all types of organizations regarding a strengths-based approach to diversity on a broad range of issues including demographic and cultural differences; creating an inclusive culture; and communications styles.
