The Clarus Approach:

Clarus is organized to be able to move quickly to bring new ideas to fruition.
Sometimes a project needs a home while supporting collaboration and structures are built to support it. We have experience in serving as the "intellectual incubator" until a project is ready to stand on its own.
We have launched numerous nonprofits, conferences, and training initiatives. Our talented staff has handled everything from conference design and delivery to NGO and poverty relief projects in the developing world to a major music festival.

Our Proven Experience in Conflict and Crisis Management:

Provided comprehensive project management for a state appointed environmental Commission including stakeholder identification and coordination, community workshops, internal and external communications and executive staffing interviews / recruitment process.
Provided project management and facilitation for public/private collaboration to evaluate and design flood mitigation and water quality remediation project.
Provided facilitation and project management for consortium of urban businesses considering community collaboration in environmental projects.
Organized and produced two greenways conferences in collaboration with public and private partners.
Coordinated and managed a three-day USGBC training workshop.
Assisted in the development and production of a promotional DVD for a state agency.
