The Critical Questions:
  • Are your employees all on the same page?
  • Do people receive the information they need to do their jobs?
  • How effectively do you communicate with shareholders, strategic partners, and other key stakeholders?
  • Could you communicate more effectively with your customers, clients, and prospects?
  • What about the media? Analysts? Governmental bodies?
  • Are your key employees ready for the media?
  • Could your organization do a better job of communicating its values, culture, and procedures?
The Clarus Approach:
  • The most effective policies, processes, changes or initiatives are only as good as the methods by which they are communicated. We ask the questions "who needs to know?" and "how can we most effectively communicate the information?" with every project.
  • Our systems approach to consulting brings a broader view to projects, resulting in an inclusive and focused communication plan.
  • The attention we give to the communication component of a project results in a wider range of outcomes including a more informed organization as well as external stakeholders.
Our Proven Experience with Internal and External Communications Development:
  • Managed community relations for large park development, including building stakeholder and community support as well as managing media relations.
  • Developed communications tools (written materials, DVD, training curriculum) for state agency to help revamp the delivery of home healthcare management services statewide.
  • Developed key media messages and trained key personnel on effective media communication in both private and public sector.
  • Developed a community relations and outreach strategy for hospital's major product line. Provided oversight for the implementation of this strategy and engaged board members, community stakeholders, physicians and medical staff in the process.
  • Produced agenda and communications materials, including DVD, for greenways conferences.
  • Helped improve communications and strengthen partnership between hospital and its physicians; developed sustainable communications systems between hospital and physicians.
  • Managed public relations for public/private collaboration to evaluate and design flood mitigation and water quality remediation project.
  • Helped youth services agency re-define and communicate its mission with key public and private leadership.
  • Developed communications messaging and tools to large human services agency to support internal and external communications.
I knew we'd chosen the right firm when I called the Clarus office at 6:30pm on Friday with a request for immediate assistance with a PR issue.
