| Rebecca Rogers |
|
| Rebecca Rogers graduated from the College of Santa Fe with a B.S. degree in Conservation Sciences. Fluent in Portuguese, Rebecca most recently worked with the College of Santa Fe - Instituto Terra Conservation and Documentary Studies Brazil Program, where she served as a resident advisor, program assistant, and language instructor for students traveling to Brazil. She has also participated in research on native plants and their propagation on the Lake Erie Bluffs for the Biology Department at Mercyhurst College in her hometown of Erie, Pennsylvania. She currently serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Green Resource Center for Alabama. |

| Stephanie Drake is a project manager with experience providing support in the areas of strategic and business planning, organizational assessment, program evaluation, team development and group facilitation. She is skilled at developing systems and streamlining processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Ms. Drake graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with a degree in mathematics and has taken numerous graduate level courses in biostatistics and biology at UAB. Prior to joining Clarus, she worked as a design intern with Southern Living at HOME, a division of Southern Progress Corporation, and worked in UAB’s Department of Epidemiology as a data manager on a large clinical trial aimed at stroke treatment and prevention. |

| Katy Seto, BA, LEED™ AP is a project manager with substantial experience providing support in strategic planning, organizational assessment and evaluation, internal and external communications, board development, and crisis management. She has also worked extensively with group facilitation and mediation, and has designed, implemented and coordinated public relations and marketing efforts in the public and private sectors for a number of years. Ms. Seto graduated from Emory University with a degree in International Studies and Environmental Studies. Most recently, she served as assistant head of Science for a marine conservation project in the Seychelles Islands, conducting research and working with community stakeholders, conservation leaders, and development officials. She has also worked with several non-profit organizations, in project management, research, and development, including The Carter Center, The Arthritis Foundation, and the American Cancer Society. |

| Shauntice Allen, PhDc, MA, BS is a Project Manager with an extensive background in health education program planning and management as well as health research evaluation. Her interests include educational strategic planning, project management, diversity training and effective organizational evaluation techniques. A two-time graduate of the University of Alabama and a doctoral candidate at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), Ms. Allen has extensive experience as a program director, previously working with the Office of Minority Health through UAB’s School of Public Health, the AVON’s Community Health Advisors in Action Program through the UAB School of Medicine and with the Robert Wood Johnson’s national initiative Covering Alabama Kids and Families. |

| Sipiwe Moyo is a project manager providing support in the areas of business development, change management, fundraising, and event planning. She has experience in facilitation, measuring group dynamics, and group evaluation. Sipiwe graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts where she received her BFA with honors. At NYU she majored in acting and minored in applied theatre. As a professional actor in New York, she has worked Off-Broadway, regionally, and in independent television and film. She has used theatre and other performance approaches in many settings to promote social justice, facilitate communication, and raise awareness. She is co-founder and on the board of the non-profit organization, LYDIA (Liberian Youth: Determination in Adversity). |

Additionally, she is a certified crisis counselor providing support through the national organization, RAINN. | Liza Mullins, BBA, MBA, a two-time graduate from the University of West Georgia, possesses strong research and analytical skills, an expertise in relationship building, and experience with public company investor relations. Most recently, she completed an environmental scan for The Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR), which included unique research to characterize the sector of domestic HIV/AIDS-related non-profit organizations. Prior to joining amfAR, Ms. Mullins served as the Vice President of Partnership Development at a publicly-traded nanotechnology firm, where she was charged with multiple duties, including the development of relationships with universities and investor relations management. |
