A unique process for each individual client
Our process is unique because it truly is tailored for each client. Instead of imposing the same cookie-cutter methodology for all of our engagements, we tackle each project individually. We completely immerse ourselves in the client’s business – asking the key questions and digging deeply to identify critical issues. This allows us to target our methodology to the real needs of the organization.

What if the problem isn’t the problem?
As we explore a client’s organization, we occasionally find that the issue first presented to us is merely the symptom of a deeper, underlying problem. Suppose you’re having difficulties with a member of your executive team. We may find that the difficulties won’t go away, even after that person goes away. Why? Because there is a systemic problem that must be addressed first. With our systems approach to organizational development, we are able to quickly recognize issues such as these and show you how to handle them, so you get the results you are looking for. 

We see more results, because we look at your organization from more angles.
We examine your issue from every angle, often conducting one-on-one interviews with key stakeholders to gain a better picture of the issues at hand. Sometimes this also means going beyond the obvious stakeholders. For instance, we may interview people not only directly involved in an issue but also those who may be impacted by it as a way to more fully understand the problem. As a result, the solution emerges from a more informed position.

The leadership skills needed to implement positive change
As we identify strategies for change, we also can equip your managers, executives and board members with the skills needed to implement change. We offer a variety of consultative services for your leaders and can also provide interim leadership as needed. We’ve developed our own highly successful Leadership/Management Training Program. Initially created for clients with staffing issues and a high turnover rate, the program proved exceptionally successful.  So one client told us, the operational efficiency achieved after the training quickly paid for the cost.
